ABOUT US/PRICE-LIST

The house and grounds are located in the Lubelszczyzna region, deep in countryside on the edge of the National Landscape Park. The house is designed for relaxation and regeneration, allowing our guests to achieve their own rhythm. The house itself, surrounded by its own private five hectares, was built on its own small hill (its living-room looking down to woodland ponds with their own natural cold water springs). To further engage with the countryside and grounds, the house has large terraces on the ground floor and also a large first floor private upper terrace.The 150 square meter house, on its first floor has two well-proportioned double bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The eastern bedroom has a fine view of the meadows and trees, whereas, the western bedroom offers a superb view to the wooded ponds, springs then meadows and has its own ‘en suite‘ shower/WC. The ground floor of the property has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge), living room with wood-burning fireplace plus a spacious bathroom with a ‘forest view’ freestanding roll-top bath. On level -1, guests have the use of the sauna, relaxation room and yoga room.The rental cost for 2 persons is 990 PLN/per night (one double bedroom), price for 4 people (two double bedrooms) is 1300 PLN per night. House is not adapted for children below 8 years old. Price for child from 8 to 12 years old is 120 PLN/night. Making a reservation is considered an acceptance of the owners’ terms and conditions.

Rental Terms

1. The subject of rent is one double bedroom with toilet, one bedroom without toilet and additionally two single/separate sofas in the ground floor living room (max 4 people) for a private leisure. 2. We funcion as AGROTOURISM, we do not issue VAT invoices. We only accept private individuals for recreation. We do not carry out company and business stays. We do issue personal invoices on request. 3. The property is rented per night by pre-agreed reservation only. 4. Arrival and latest departure times are: 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and 12:00 hours on the last day of stay. 5. Arrival and checkout of guests must take place at the property with the owners present (guests are asked to supply identity documents upon arrival). 6. Reservations are made via e-mail, by standard form on the website or via other intermediary rental websites. 7. Upon agreeing the visit rental conditions, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due and should be paid promptly. Final re-confirmation of the reservation is made by email after the owners receive the full deposit in their bank account. The payment of the remaining amount (balance 70%) is due no later than 7 days prior to the arrival day. In the event of a guests’ cancellation less than 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the received deposit is not refundable. 8. Smoking is ONLY allowable outside the house and out-buildings. 9. We only accepts small/medium dogs. 10. The owners are not responsible for any tenant valuables or property left in the house. The owners are not responsible for any car/s or valuables left inside any such vehicles. The whole property is traditionally fenced but unguarded, with pedestrian and vehicle gates which can be left open on occasion. 11. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their fault. Guests are required to notify owners immediately regarding any damage whatsoever. The valuation of damage will be determined solely by the owners. The tenant is fully responsible for actual damage, other losses (if applicable) plus any loss of profit (if applicable). 12. The owners are not responsible for random events and accidents that happened on the property. 13. The number of people registered during booking is the number of people allowed to stay in the house. 14. Parties in the property are prohibited. 15. We do not accept children below 8 years old. 16. We do not rent the house for photo shoots. 17. Final cleaning is included in the price, for stays over 3 days cleaning on request is also included in price. 18. Outdoor ares are monitored. 19. We do not accept persons under 18 years of age without a legal guardian or parent. 20. If the remaining amount for the stay (70%) is not paid up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the reservation is canceled. 21. The owners reserve the right to discontinue the service and retain the booking fee if the tenants do not comply with the house regulations. 22. The tenant, by completing their reservation thereby, is deemed to have accepted and read the entire rental terms and conditions.
